Graham
Morgan is an accredited, practicing materials conservator with over
forty years experience in the profession. He was the Principal Curator
for the Ancient History and Archaeology Department of the University
of Leicester, where he lectured on and taught practical material
conservation and materials analysis.
Now retired,
but continuing to work for both public and private sectors, he carries
out practical conservation and analysis, and regularly gives lectures
on the theory behind materials conservation. Primarily
a conservator of archaeological materials, he also analyses mortar
and plaster and charcoal remains; among other materials.
Graham was fast
tracked through the accreditation system when it was launched and
remains a fully accredited conservator. He is a Fellow of the Society
of Antiquaries and a member of the Archaeology Group of The
Institute of Conservation. |
